{"id":480,"date":"2024-10-11T19:50:41","date_gmt":"2024-10-11T19:50:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agoraouja.com.br\/index.php\/2024\/10\/11\/cupertino-demite-advogado-e-julgamento-e-adiado\/"},"modified":"2024-10-11T19:50:41","modified_gmt":"2024-10-11T19:50:41","slug":"cupertino-demite-advogado-e-julgamento-e-adiado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agoraouja.com.br\/index.php\/2024\/10\/11\/cupertino-demite-advogado-e-julgamento-e-adiado\/","title":{"rendered":"Cupertino demite advogado e julgamento \u00e9 adiado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>O julgamento de Paulo\u00a0Cupertino, acusado pelas mortes do ator Rafael Miguel &#8211;\u00a0que trabalhou na s\u00e9rie de TV Chiquititas, e nas novelas Cama de Gato e P\u00e9 na\u00a0Jaca &#8211;\u00a0e dos pais do artista, Jo\u00e3o Alc\u00edsio e M\u00edriam Selma, foi cancelado\u00a0nessa quinta-feira (10), depois que o acusado demitiu o advogado dele, Alexander Lopes, durante o primeiro dia do julgamento, no f\u00f3rum da Barra Funda, na zona oeste da capital paulista.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1615124&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Relembrando o caso, que aconteceu em junho de 2019:\u00a0a filha de\u00a0Cupertino, Isabela, que namorava com Rafael, na \u00e9poca com 22 anos, estava na casa da fam\u00edlia, na zona sul paulistana, quando o pai atirou 13 vezes contra Rafael e os pais do ator. Eles tinham ido \u00e0 casa de Isabela justamente para falar com\u00a0Cupertino\u00a0sobre o namoro dos jovens, que n\u00e3o era aceito pelo pai de Isabela, que ent\u00e3o tinha 18 anos. C\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a registraram o triplo assassinato.<\/p>\n<p>Depois do crime, o empres\u00e1rio de 54 anos fugiu e s\u00f3 foi encontrado e preso pela pol\u00edcia em 2022. Dois outros r\u00e9us ser\u00e3o julgados no mesmo processo: Eduardo Machado, de 45 anos, e Wanderley Antunes, de 59. Eles s\u00e3o acusados de ajudar\u00a0Cupertino\u00a0a fugir e se esconder depois do crime.<\/p>\n<p>Agora, um novo j\u00fari vai ser marcado. O r\u00e9u ter\u00e1 prazo para constituir um novo advogado. Se isso n\u00e3o acontecer, o juiz vai solicitar um defensor p\u00fablico.
