O corregedor Nacional, <strong>ministro Mauro Campbell Marques<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m proibiu que o magistrado frequente as depend\u00eancias do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a mineiro e acesse os sistemas eletr\u00f4nicos. Campbell instaurou ainda um processo de reclama\u00e7\u00e3o disciplinar para apurar os fatos envolvendo Milton.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1699393&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o foi encaminhada ao TJ de Minas para ado\u00e7\u00e3o de provid\u00eancias imediatas. O caso deve ser analisado pelo plen\u00e1rio do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ) no dia 18 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O corregedor Nacional de Justi\u00e7a alegou que n\u00e3o se pode admitir que decis\u00f5es sejam proferidas por magistrados que, em ato p\u00fablico de julgamento, \u201crevelam-se ostensivamente privados do dom\u00ednio de si e das faculdades exigidas para o desempenho do encargo\u201d.<\/strong> Para o ministro Mauro Campbell, o afastamento cautelar \u00e9 medida necess\u00e1ria para resguardar a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o de eventuais provas e a dignidade da presta\u00e7\u00e3o jurisdicional durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O \u00d3rg\u00e3o Especial do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Minas Gerais divulgou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, que afastou de imediato o juiz Milton L\u00edvio Lemos Salles, ap\u00f3s pedido da Corregedoria-Geral do estado, que abriu processo administrativo nessa segunda-feira (10) para tamb\u00e9m apurar o caso.<\/p>\n<p>A reportagem n\u00e3o conseguiu localizar a defesa do juiz Milton L\u00edvio.
