O magistrado apresentou o \u00faltimo voto no julgamento, em sess\u00e3o virtual, \u00a0realizado pela Segunda Turma do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1687344&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Dessa forma, Gilmar Mendes acompanhou os ministros <strong>Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, relator do processo, Luiz Fux e Nunes Marques <\/strong>com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a Paulo Henrique Costa. Dias Toffoli se declarou suspeito para votar.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A diverg\u00eancia foi em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a Daniel Monteiro, porque, na vis\u00e3o de Mendes, o papel dele era menor no esquema. O advogado n\u00e3o teria participado da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e s\u00f3 agia em momento posterior, a partir de solicita\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pelo dono do Banco Master. De toda forma, Gilmar Mendes foi voto vencido no julgamento.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a PF, <strong>Paulo Henrique Costa acelerou as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es de t\u00edtulos fraudados entre o BRB, o Banco de Bras\u00edlia, e o Banco Master, em troca de R$ 146 milh\u00f5es em propina<\/strong>, por meio de propriedades de luxo.
