A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi confirmada nesta ter\u00e7a-feira pela Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica que afirmou, por meio de nota, que refor\u00e7ou o policiamento e mobilizou unidades especializadas da Pol\u00edcia Civil e do setor de intelig\u00eancia da Pol\u00edcia Militar para identificar e responsabilizar todos os criminosos.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1659049&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois suspeitos foi feita a partir do exame de per\u00edcia em um dos ve\u00edculos usados por eles e tamb\u00e9m no local do crime. A pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria dos dois suspeitos foi solicitada \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a. Um dos homens j\u00e1 possui passagens por tr\u00e1fico de drogas e roubo. Detalhes do processo seguem em sigilo para n\u00e3o comprometer a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O caso foi registrado na Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais de Praia Grande e \u00e9 investigado pelo Departamento de Homic\u00eddios e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Pessoa. Foram apreendidos dois ve\u00edculos e imagens de c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a est\u00e3o sendo analisadas.<\/p>\n<p>O delegado aposentado, Ruy Ferraz Fontes, de 64 anos, foi executado na noite dessa segunda-feira em Praia Grande, no litoral paulista. Ele era perseguido por criminosos quando bateu o carro num \u00f4nibus e tombou na pista. Tr\u00eas homens armados com fuzis desceram do outro ve\u00edculo e atiraram contra o ex-delegado.<\/p>\n<p>Considerado o inimigo n\u00famero um\u00a0do PCC, o Primeiro Comando da Capital, Ruy Fontes trabalhou por 40 anos na Pol\u00edcia Civil e foi delegado-geral entre 2019 e 2022.
